How the partnership works

You are not buying from us and you are not reselling. Your client buys direct, you keep the relationship and the design authority, and the saving that a showroom would have taken stays with the project.

    You define the material, finish and hardware for the project exactly as you would on any other job. Nothing about your process changes.

    You introduce us

    We quote the package against your specification — not against a substitute. Your client sees what you drew, priced at the mill rather than at a distributor.

    Your client chooses the material

    Species, colour, slab, profile and hardware are selected from real samples, inside the range you approve. We confirm every final selection back to you before anything is ordered.

    We deliver to the house

    The product ships from the factory to the client's residence on a scheduled date. Installation stays with the trades already on the job.

Do you pay a referral fee?
No, and we do not take a share of your fee either. The entire value of the arrangement is that the distributor markup disappears and the saving reaches your client — which is what keeps your specification from being negotiated away.
Who does my client actually buy from?
From One Direct Mill, directly. You never take ownership of the goods, never carry the material on your books, and never handle the money.
Can my client pick their own materials?
Within the range you approve. Most professionals set the material, finish and hardware family and leave colour, slab or species to the client. We run that conversation with real samples and confirm the selection back to you before anything is ordered.
Do you install?
We manufacture and deliver to the residence. Installation stays with the contractor already on the job — they know the drawings and the site.
