Multi-Family Finish Packages, Factory Direct
One Direct Mill supplies multi-family developments with repeatable per-unit finish packages — cabinetry, vanities, countertops, closets and interior doors — manufactured direct and released by building or phase.
Multi-family is where direct supply pays for itself most obviously. When the same kitchen repeats 240 times, every dollar of distributor markup repeats 240 times with it, and every week of lead-time variance repeats across every floor.
We build the package once against your unit types, hold that specification for the life of the project, and manufacture to your release schedule. Durability matters more here than in a custom home, so the specifications we recommend for rental turn are not the same ones we would put in an owner-occupied kitchen — and we will tell you where that difference is worth paying for.
Built around how multi-family actually buy
One package, many units
Specified once against the unit mix, then repeated exactly across every matching unit.
Specified for turn, not for a showroom
Finishes and hardware chosen to survive tenant turnover, where that is the right call.
Release by building or phase
Manufactured against your schedule so material lands as each building is ready.
Replacement parts years later
Because it is manufactured direct, matching doors and fronts can be produced again for turns and repairs.
Source the whole interior from one mill
Most suppliers sell you one category. We manufacture seven — so a complete interior package comes off one purchase order, on one schedule, with one point of contact.

Multi-Family — Common Questions
What unit counts do you supply?+
From small infill projects up through several hundred units. The package approach is the same; larger counts simply improve pricing and justify more phased release points.
Can we get matching replacement parts later?+
Yes, and it is one of the real advantages of buying direct. Because the specification sits with the manufacturer, matching doors, drawer fronts and hardware can be produced again for turns and repairs years after handover.
Do you recommend the same specification as for a custom home?+
Usually not, and we will say so. Rental turn punishes some finishes that are perfect in an owner-occupied kitchen. We steer toward specifications that hold up, and flag where spending more genuinely pays back over the hold period.
Can you work to an approved developer specification?+
Yes. Send the approved spec and we will quote a direct-from-mill equivalent, calling out clearly anywhere we would be substituting rather than matching.
