Yes — that is the core of what we do for builders. Send us the plan set and we will price cabinetry, countertops, closets, interior doors, flooring, vanities and windows as one package, with per-unit pricing for repeated plans.
Can you hold pricing across a multi-phase community?+
For defined runs, yes. We agree the specification and the quantity up front and hold pricing for the run so your bid math stays intact through the phase.
What volume do you need before direct pricing makes sense?+
There is no hard minimum, but the economics get compelling from a single custom home upward, and materially better once you are repeating a plan. Tell us the volume and we will show you the delta against your current supply.
Do you supply installation?+
We supply the materials factory direct. Installation is coordinated separately — many builders use their own trades and take supply-only pricing, which is where the savings are largest.
