Contractor Direct Building Materials & Finishes

One Direct Mill supplies general contractors and remodelers with contractor-direct pricing on cabinetry, countertops, closets, interior doors, flooring, vanities and aluminum windows — ordered direct from the manufacturer.

A contractor's margin lives in the gap between what the client pays for finishes and what the finishes cost. Retail showrooms take that gap. Buying direct from the mill hands it back — same furniture-grade construction, same finishes, without the storefront in the middle.

Just as valuable is knowing when material lands. We confirm a production window before you commit and hold it, so you can schedule the tile setter and the installer against a date instead of a hope.

What Matters to You

Built around how contractors actually buy

Trade pricing without a showroom

You buy closer to the source, so the finish allowance stretches further or your margin does.

Lead times you can schedule against

A confirmed production window before you commit — not a moving estimate.

Quote fast enough to win the job

Send the plan or measurements and get a priced package back while the client is still deciding.

One point of contact

Cabinetry and countertops and doors from one supplier means one phone call when something needs to move.

One Supplier, Seven Categories

Source the whole interior from one mill

Most suppliers sell you one category. We manufacture seven — so a complete interior package comes off one purchase order, on one schedule, with one point of contact.

Contractors — Common Questions

Do I need a contractor's license to buy at trade pricing?+

We work with licensed contractors and remodelers. Send your license details with your first quote request and we will set up trade pricing on your account.

How fast can I get a quote?+

Most packages come back within one to two business days from a plan set or a measured list. Larger multi-unit packages take a little longer because we price them per unit.

Can I order one kitchen, or is there a minimum?+

One kitchen is fine. There is no minimum order — the pricing simply improves with volume and with repeated specifications.

What happens if something arrives damaged?+

Note it on the delivery receipt and send photos the same day. We replace freight-damaged components directly from the mill rather than routing you through a retailer's claims process.
